Bringing fashion to table wear

Inspired by the flowing lines and tailored cuts in fashion, the porcelain series Pli Blanc is the first collaboration between Swedish design duo Färg & Blanche and Rörstrand. The name means ”white fold” in French and the design bears the mark of the design duos experimental way of working, often bringing elements of tailored fashion and sewing techniques to their furniture design, like the technique wood tailoring they use for one of their lounge chairs. They often move between the exclusive hand made and one off to the industrially produced, without losing their distinctive touch.
