The spectacular Helix pent house by OMA architects is ready for sale

Offering a 360 panoramic view over Stockholm, the new landmark towers by prestigious OMA [Office for Metropolitan Architecture] in Stockholm brings a new dimension to the Swedish capital. The first tower, named Innovationen, was ready in 2018, while the second tower Helix was just completed. The Helix pent house, going for sale via ESNY tomorrow, offers a 200 square meter living area, on floor 33 and 34, and comes with a large 125 kvm terrace.

The Oscar Properties residential complex Norra Tornen form Stockholm inner city's tallest residential buildings and a real landmark, with a hight of 120 and 104 meters respectively. With a total of 330 apartments, offering a 360-degree panoramic view of Stockholm, they come with a number of amenities including their own cinema, a deli and gym as well as a roof top terrace. The complete Norra Tornen project was led by OMA partner Reinier de Graaf, and realized using a modular system of precast concrete elements, paying tribute to modern brutalist architecture. The scheme has been announced as the winner of the ninth edition of the International Highrise Award, IHA.
