Next week sees the start of Stockholm design Week, this year featuring a number of small scale but interesting installations and collaborations. With many brands opening up their showroom by appointment, quite a few design and architecture talks taking place and a number of digital launches and exhibitions on the agenda, the week offers much by way of inspiration. This is a mindful design week that can be enjoyed on safe distance – from the comfort of our homes, from a shop window or by a one to one appointment. ...Next week Veermakers launches its first collection in Stockholm, Sweden. Founded by Swedish Liljencrantz interior design studio and the KFK Master-cabinet makers, Veermakers design and produce furniture and accessories in honest materials combining a contemporary aesthetic with well crafted design.

...The exhibition L’art plissé, a collaboration between design studio Folkform and fashion designer and artist Roland Hjort, opened at Bar Brillo in Stockholm in October and has extended its show time until early next year.
